Animal Abuse - Mercy The 10-month-old Puppy

Image
Mercy Mercy, the 10-month-old puppy who was doused with gasoline and set on fire, has died. Her little heart just gave out. She was a gentle soul who showed remarkable strength and courage - she inspired us all! Mercy died Sunday evening about 9:30 p.m. at the veterinary clinic where she was being treated. Doctors said Mercy showed some improvement Saturday, but her condition started to deteriorate Sunday afternoon. She was given a plasma transfusion, but shortly afterward her heart--weakened by burns over 60% over her body--stopped beating. The young pit-bull mix was rescued Friday, April 14, by a Dallas man who saw her in the wooded area behind apartments in Far North Dallas. He took the dog to Operation Kindness, where she was given immediate veterinary care. Mercy was transferred to the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center last Monday. She had surgery the following day to remove most of her burned ears and begin the painful debridement treatment. Doctors cautioned that, becaus...

Wanna be the fastest message texter in the world?

I was reading the articles in the newspaper when I stumbled upon an interesting article. ------------------ "The 27 year-old, from Salford, Greater Manchester, smashed the previous record for a wordy phrase by almost 10 seconds. She wrote ''the razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human'', in a super-fast 25.94 seconds. The official Guinness World Record is currently held by American Franklin Page, 24, who wrote the same passage in 35.54 seconds in March this year. The record, which remains subject to Guinness approval, was smashed by Ms Thompson using the Galaxy S's ''SWYPE'' key pad, which enables users to input text without their fingertip leaving the screen. Ms Thompson, who works for an insurance company, was shopping with her boyfriend, Chris Davies, 23, when they visited a Samsung roadshow and she was invite...

Hello fellow readers & bloggers, today I accompanied my dad to bring my brother to UiTM Menggatal for his registration. Xda kaitan ni. Sot. I like the way they played. Full of emotions. Especially their coach, Diego Maradona. Apuu. He is such a cool guy! My 2nd football match was GER vs SRB. Too many yellow cards man! I am not sure whether all of the players really love to commit fouls or maybe the referee was super strict by giving them yellow cards in each fouls they make. Balik2 jatuh. Sikit2 jatuh. Ada yg pura2 lg tu jatuh. Haiz. Bikin panas. It was boring watching them play. No umph! at all. Ngehehe. Who am I to criticize them right. I don't play football very well pun. Believe it or not. The surface of the eye (cornea surface or something) becomes not smooth@scratched by the lens. Get it liao? Hahaha. I am not sure myself whether this problem can be fixed or not? How? Stranger Than Fiction

I was reading The Star Online when I bumped to this article :  Groom finds bride is married A POLICE inspector got a shock on his wedding day when he discovered that his bride was already another man’s wife. Harian Metro reported that the wedding entourage of Insp Nurr Fahmy Abu Samah, 28, arrived at the bride’s house only to find L/Kpl Wan Azura Wan Ahmad, 28, home alone in a sarong and T-shirt. “I was really shocked to see no signs of merry-making or any activity at her home when I was already in my groom’s attire, accompanied by my entourage of five cars carrying the wedding dowry and gifts,” said Insp Nurr Fahmy. Insp Nurr Fahmy, from the Seberang Perai Tengah police headquarters in Bukit Mertajam, said the wedding was to have been solemnised in a ceremony at the Kampung Gial Mosque in Perlis on Jan 1, to be followed by a reception at L/Kpl Wan Azura’s home the following day. “The solemnisation ceremony was supposed to take place at 10am at the mosque. We arrived t...

What were they thinking - Church Burning Incident

It should not be happening here in our country Malaysia but some people do not know how to control their emotions and they just do whatever they want to do without even thinking what are the consequences towards others. Please read this article below by clicking it. An article by Vijay Joshi   Credits to Vijay Joshi for posting this article. Why is this happening? We should respect other religions and beliefs. I am wondering if those people who did that will go to Heaven? Was it a right thing to do? In my opinion, what they did was very stupid and I think they do not even have a brain in their skull. Maybe they have brains but their neurons are not functioning well and it resulted in stupidity to the max. I am angry and at the same time, I wanted to laugh. How many churches they wanted to burn? If they burn more churches, they will have plenty of space in Heaven? Your religion teach you to do that? To destroy other religions in order to be the top in the world or ev...
