Legion - My Movie Review

Synopsis: In the supernatural action thriller Legion, an out-of-the-way diner becomes the unlikely battleground for the survival of the human race. When God loses faith in Mankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring on the Apocalypse. Humanity's only hope lies in a group of strangers trapped in a desert diner and the Archangel Michael (Paul Bettany). Legion also stars Dennis Quaid, Lucas Black, Tyrese Gibson, Kate Walsh, Adrianne Palicki, Charles S. Dutton and Willa Holland and is directed by Scott Stewart.

Last Saturday night, hubby and I went to watch this movie at Cathay Cineplex, Kota Kinabalu. At first, we planned to eat at Wagamama CIty Mall and then catch the 9.25pm movie. But when we arrived there, we changed our minds. Quite a mind changer, huh.

Warning: The statement below contains movie spoiler *wink

It was indeed a nice movie to watch. However, I am not satisfied with it's ending. Gantung bha! So, I advice you to not to watch this movie in the cinema. It's not worth it. The acting was nice. The action was nice too. But the story evolves only at 1 place. Which is only at a diner in Paradise Falls. A few strangers were stranded at that place, lost, car problem and etc.. Suddenly, a guy came and gives them machine guns, RPG and etc.. Whaaaaaaatt. Then, a pregnant woman becomes the saviour of the world, of mankind. Ugh. Disaster. Archangel Michael and Gabriel fought to be the strongest or whatsoever. Which was not in the Bible, hello? Haha. They really like to pusing-pusing the stories. That's what movies are for right. Jeng3

Well, movies that I am looking forward to watch:
  1. Tooth Fairy - Maybe next week? Yuuhuu hubby.. :)
  2. Twilight Saga: Eclipse - July still a long long long time to wait
  3. POP - Prince of Persia also in July. *Sigh
  4. Iron Man 2 - Feb
  5. Book of Eli - Hubby's favourite kind of movie
